I’ve used this little perk for about two years now and I think most people don’t know about it. Every first weekend of the month, you can get free basic admission to a ton of museums across the country (including the Met and the Whitney in the city). The museums rotate every once in a while and they’ve had places like the Bronx Zoo and the Intrepid in the past. You can get in for free as long as you have a BoA credit/debit card. And yes, these places will check your ID to make sure it’s your card.
